One of the founders of Living Proof, Jon has more years of experience as a personal trainer than he likes to admit. Having managed to stay in shape through an earlier career that kept him chained to a desk for two decades, he later began applying the lessons learned during those years in the trenches to others.
Jon has developed and adapted a range of protocols drawn from the many conflicting theories of strength training, all of them tested thoroughly on himself before being imposed on anyone else. The effectiveness of his technique is reflected in his own condition: perhaps the oldest active trainer in New York, he is living proof that flesh need not sag as birthdays accumulate. Jon holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the SuperSlow Exercise Guild.
